to discuss your needs, discuss our commitment to you as your buyer's
agent, and commit to work together.

What your needs are, what you'd like to have, what you need to have,
what's your perfect house, and what it is you're not looking for.
- Personal touches are our strength. For example, if you have allergies,
we will find out if a home you'd like to see has allergens, such as
pets.
- We require that buyers get pre-qualified, either through a bank they
have an account with, or through Nothnagle's mortgage center. This ensures
that you have validity as a buyer in any interaction you have with a
home seller.
Communication
- Communication is key to a productive buyer/realtor relationship --
we listen to you and respond accordingly. We will update you on new
listings that meet your criteria and monitor the listing status of homes
in which you're interested.

realtors who are fully involved with each client.
